I enjoyed the icebreaker section. Even though it was meant to be a simple way to start the session, the questions were surprisingly thought-provoking. It was interesting to see how one question could lead to so many different answers and views. It reminded me how easy it is to make assumptions at work or about what a client might be thinking. This section showed the importance of staying curious, asking questions, and using facts to find the right answers. It also set the tone for the rest of the workshop, highlighting the value of critical thinking.
