Linda and Maree were fantastic and brought their knowledge and experience to the group in a way that was engaging and fun. It was a pleasant surprise how much I found myself applying the lessons learnt in between each session. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and I am looking forward to building further on the fundamental skills covered in these sessions.
