I loved the trainer’s energy and the format of the Genuine Sales workshop. I felt really energised the whole time. I really liked how the content was tailored towards the industry, the specific feedback and examples shared made it easier to visualise how it can be applied within the context of our roles. I also like the exercises shared and how there are opportunities to practise certain skills outside of a sales context such as the asking open ended questions, thinking from the perspective of WIIFT and reframing features as benefits.
