I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: The Management Essentials Program from The Hummingbirds! This was a fantastic course led by brilliant facilitators (Maree and Linda), They were super engaging trainers and it’s clear they really know their stuff. It felt like they made an effort to get to know the people in the group and learn their tribal types, which helped make the course feel more personalised. Super empathetic, highly skilled trainers. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to up-skill in how they approach difficult conversations, influence others, and give feedback in the workplace.
