As Hummingbirds, our experience has been our Unique Selling Proposition (USP). It has helped us have a second career in learning and development after long and fulfilling careers as advertising professionals. Not everyone is as lucky as we are to continue working in the industry. Our Pink Hummingbird is a core committee member of @experienceadvocacytaskforce and works with other industry stalwarts to make ageism a non-issue for the next generation.
